Great White Eggnog

Great White Egg Nogg cocktail recipe from AstraLuna Brands
  • 1/4 cup Cape Cod Great White Rum
  • 5 Egg yolks
  • 3/4 cup Sugar
  • 2 cups Whole Milk
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 1/4 cup Bourbon
  • 1 pinch Salt
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1/2 tsp Nutmeg

Whisk yolks with sugar until creamy and sugar begins to dissolve. Add cream, milk, bourbon and rum and stir to combine. Stir in nutmeg and vanilla and chill well. Serve chilled on the rocks with a sprinkle of nutmeg if desired.
